We came to Spain to hike the Camino Francis and used this hotel as a base. The staff was accommodating, even holding our lost luggage until we returned. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The front desk provided helpful recommendations and the hotel is dog-friendly. The cost was reasonable for the location.
Would recommend this hotel.

room was very spacious because we were assigned a triple instead of a double to make us more comfortable with the children. Despite being close to a gas station, it is quiet, comfortable, super clean and nice. There is a paid parking lot right next to the hotel and cafeteria offers super complete breakfasts for 3 euros.
We booked a double room 2 months in advance, specifying that we would be 2 adults, 1 girl of 4 years and a baby of 16 months. We didn't have any problems, but 3 days before the date I started receiving emails to clarify if we needed an extra bed and a cradle. At first we had indicated that we did, because in addition the children under 5 years old were supposed to stay for free. As they asked twice more, we ended up asking them to put only the extra bed and not the crib, because we understood that with so many questions, the double room would be small and in the end the baby always sleeps with us. Well, when we got to the room there were beds for 5 people, when we only needed 3, and they charged us the 20 euro increase for an extra bed that we didn't need. At the hotel we tried to clear up the misunderstanding but they insisted that we had been assigned a triple room for our comfort. If we had known in time, we would have looked for other accommodation, because 110 euros a night for that room, nothing central, seems to me an excess.

This best western hotel is beautiful with outstandingly accommodating and pleasant staff. The rooms are brand-new and neat, have nice bathroom. The property is on a particularly good location close to the centre, and gas station / convenience store. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like Porto Vecchio, set within 10 minutes walk or so, thoroughly enjoyed this place. The service is exceptional, includes secure parking. When I am in Logrono, I like staying here.

I stayed at Hotel Logrono for a few nights during my Camino de Santiago journey. The room was lovely with a plush bed and en-suite bathroom. The dinner was delicious, although we had to ask for some chips. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us directions to get back on the trail. The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, with a balcony overlooking the pool area, which was a total bonus. The front desk staff were friendly and the breakfast in the cafe was excellent. The hotel's proximity to a fuel station was convenient, and the swimming pool area was great, especially since not many hotels in the area have one. the cost was reasonable and the staff were able to assist with all our questions and provided great recommendations.
I recommend this hotel.

This is a new hotel. Everything inside the hotel was great.
The location is terrible. We stayed here because we wanted to go to Bilbao and this is a cheap option with free internet and parking. But the neighborhood is terrible. It's on a industrial park where they are building.

Closeness to road links to Santander. Walking distance to the old and new town. Very interesting City. They accepted our pet labrador.
Television did not work. Rooms need updating. No hair dryer in room. They said a disc player was available - could not find one. Extra 19 euros to park the car over night.

Very convenient location, within walking distance to the town center. The hotel offers secure parking, which was perfect for our mini-bus. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating.
One minor issue was a slight noise from outside, but it stopped at midnight and didn't affect our sleep.

The value for the money was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that even had a balcony overlooking the pool area, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when they agreed to hold my lost luggage while we continued on our journey.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider selection of options.
